Job summary

Cencora is seeking a QA Production team member to oversee daily QA and production activities in a packaging environment. The role involves auditing batch records, performing serialization tasks, and ensuring deviations are documented and investigated.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• English literacy for reading documents and compliance.
• Strong problem solving and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Audits production batch records for accuracy and compliance.
• Conducts final audit prior to Product Release.
• Performs serialization activities (print release, suspend, clone) to support production.
• Verifies and corrects non-controlled product and packaging discrepancies.
• Ensures deviations and supporting documentation are provided in batch records.
• Performs quality in-process checks as needed.
• Performs Specific Gravity testing and TOC analysis.
• Performs Cleaning Validation swabbing as requested by Stability department.
• Creates, reviews, and updates work instructions and SOPs; escalates non-conformances and leads root cause analysis.
• Engages in technical, compliance, and other training; collaborates with supporting areas to resolve issues and improve processes.
