Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in orthopedic or medical device field.
• Understanding and leadership capability for Quality System requirements.
• 0-5 years prior QA Engineering management experience in a Medical Device Company.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality Engineering, Specialist support, and QA related aspects of the Quality Program.
• Ensure compliance with Exactech’s Quality System and international requirements.
• Lead a loyalty-based work culture empowering employees to provide superior customer service.
• Develop, implement, and measure corporate and departmental goals.
• Ensure all Quality Engineering procedures are current and accurate.
