Job summary

IAC Group is looking for an individual in Alma, Michigan to serve as the primary quality contact for daily operations in the plant. This role is key in ensuring compliance with customer requirements and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality within automotive manufacturing and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members for the functionality of the CMM lab.
• Lead all internal corrective actions for the plant floor.
• Maintain SPC data and prepare quality performance reports.
• Schedule and track internal audits and corrective actions.
• Provide training to inspection personnel to strengthen quality culture.
