Job summary

GA Group is seeking a high-performing Manager to join the Quality of Earnings team, overseeing engagements and delivering high-quality financial insights to clients. You will project-manage buy-side and sell-side transactions, supervise associates, and serve as a primary client contact.

The role is remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to support collaboration and growth. A CPA and proven QofE leadership are highly valued in this position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of public accounting experience (audit or transaction advisory).
• Direct experience with Quality of Earnings analyses required.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QofE analyses: revenue/EBITDA normalization, working capital, trends.
• Supervise QofE workstreams and multiple engagements with teams.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timely client deliverables.
• Own client relationships and lead findings discussions throughout deals.
• Support business development and knowledge sharing within the firm.
• Hire, train, and manage Associates for ongoing development.
