You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes, resolve quality issues, and drive operational performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with practical problem solving and can clearly communicate quality insights to operations and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, QA/QC, compliance, operations, engineering, or process improvement.
  • Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple departments.
  • Preferred: ISO/QMS experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, ASQ certification, or related professional certification.

  • Establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, process reviews, and quality assessments.
  • Investigate quality issues and lead root-cause and corrective-action initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $105,000–$125,000 annual base salary
  • Additional 10% contract premium based on applicable contract terms
  • $7,500 sign-on bonus
  • $200/month internet & phone stipendHybrid work environment
  • 12-month initial contract with renewal opportunity
  • Opportunity for continued engagement based on performance and business needs

Compensation Example: At a $115,000 base salary, the additional 10% contract premium equals $11,500, resulting in $126,500 in annualized compensation, before the $7,500 sign-on bonus and $2,400 annual connectivity stipend.
