Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel up to 30% as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate vendor quality systems and initiate corrective actions.
• Implement inspection methods and assess manufacturing reliability.
• Manage Internal Quality Audit Program.
• Lead Change Management processes where appropriate.
• Manage First Article Inspection Requests (FAIR).
• Train employees in Continuous Improvement tools and quality processes.
• Lead major improvement projects and develop inspection criteria.
• Document processes and provide guidance for improvement.
• Drive root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions with Materials.
