Job summary

CoorsTek seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance team and maintain the QMS to ensure products meet ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. You will drive customer satisfaction, coordinate audits, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and planning to prevent defects and improve processes.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in quality management, with strong communication skills and experience with ISO/IATF requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of related work experience or 10 years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001; IATF 16949 preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves a quality management system based on ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 to ensure customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Reviews customer requirements for internal changes, quotations, and orders for compliance.
• Directs internal and external audits of the QMS, systems, and manufacturing processes for compliance.
• Leads structured problem-solving to address quality escapes, complaints, nonconformances, audit findings, and gaps.
• Interfaces with engineering, sales, planning, and operations to coordinate testing, investigations, and QA activities."],
