Job summary

ZEISS Vision is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to oversee and scale our regulated consumer health portfolio, including OTC sterile eye drops, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and related products. The role focuses on building inspection-ready systems, partnering with external manufacturers and 3PLs, and ensuring compliant movement through warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment networks.

You will work cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Supplier Quality, Operations, Customer Service,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/Regulatory within FDA-regulated industry.
• Direct experience in OTC, pharmaceuticals, sterile products, cosmetics or related health products.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, deviations, CAPA, change control, document control.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct quality oversight of warehousing and distribution.
• Ensure quality across warehousing operations and distribution processes.
• Lead site readiness for audits and CAPA tracking.
• Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and external partners.
