• Demonstrated expertise in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma).
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Manage internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including selection and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product and process quality.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators.
