Wieland North America, Inc. seeks a Quality Manager in Verona, VA to drive ASME/AWS quality programs, root-cause analysis, and metric management on-site. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires a BS in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years in fabrication, and strong Excel/ERP skills to manage quality records, audits, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in manufacturing engineering or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with quality systems, audits, and procedures.
• 5+ years in industrial fabrication/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance to ASME weld procedures and related QC documentation.
• Monitor ASME code requirements and verify audits and hold points.
• Inspect welded sub-assemblies and assemblies at key production stages.
• Be the main point of contact for Authorized Inspector (AI).
• Maintain quality records for required retention periods.
