Job summary

Rinvio is looking for a Quality Manager for a large hyperscale data center construction project in Wichita Falls, TX. This position requires managing quality leadership, inspections, and documentation while coordinating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in large commercial or data center construction, and be able to work on-site for a 50-hour work week. Compensation is between $95.00 and $125.00 per hour based on experience and suitability for the role.

Rinvio is hiring a Quality Manager for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.

Pay: $95.00 - $125.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Schedule: 50 hours/week expected.

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Own or support quality program leadership, ITPs, inspections, NCRs, punch, documentation, and turnover readiness.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high‑urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project‑identifying details publicly.

What we are looking for

• Experience with inspections, ITPs, punch, NCRs, test packages, turnover documentation, and field quality checks
• Able to document deficiencies clearly and follow issues through corrective action and closeout
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50‑hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
