Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality control, QA, and continuous improvement for DoS IT services. The role reports to the PMO and ensures deliverables meet Federal requirements and contractual standards.

The candidate will develop performance management, measure user experience, and provide monthly reports with KPIs and SLA compliance. Extensive IT quality leadership and a current security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of education and experience in IT quality management.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field is required.
• ASQ CMQ/OE or Lean Six Sigma BB certification and secret clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all tasks in the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Ensure quality control, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement meet government requirements, standards, and policies.
• Develop and implement a performance management program with KPIs and a customer experience focus.
• Submit monthly performance reports detailing SLA compliance and establish SLOs.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity at the Department of State! The Quality Managert works in the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure we manage the operations and complete required deliverables to support the customer's mission to provide IT services to DoS users enterprise wide.

• This role direct all tasks specified in the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• You will ensure our approach to quality control, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement across all contract activities including all services, deliverables, and performance outcomes meet or exceed Government requirements, contractual standards, and applicable Federal policies.
• The Quality Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive performance management and customer experience program that measures service quality, user satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
• You will submit monthly performance reports detailing compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), develop Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The following are the education and experience required for this position:

• 10+ years
• Bachelor's in IT or related field
• ASQ CMQ/OE or Lean Six Sigma BB
• Secret Security Clearance

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification(s)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, gov con contractual requirements, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Empower AI's total compensation package for employees.

USD $135,160.00/Yr.
