Dauch Corporation, a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier, seeks a Quality Manager for our Twinsburg, OH plant. You will lead the Quality Management System, push lean improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of quality.

You will collaborate with leadership, operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers to elevate product quality and drive operational excellence, supporting growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years experience with Quality Management Systems.
• 2+ years progressive leadership.
• Experience auditing (IATF, ISO).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Quality Management System and drive compliance across the plant.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve process efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and resolve quality issues.
• Foster a culture of quality through coaching and training of staff.
• Partner with leadership, operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers to improve product quality and support growth.
