Qualifications

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and quality management systems.
• Corrugated or packaging experience is a plus, but not required.
• Lean/Six Sigma, SPC, SQF, BRCGS, or HACCP experience is a plus.

This role requires a highly influential, hands-on leader who can build relationships across operations, establish strong quality standards, and drive accountability without relying solely on direct authority. The successful candidate will bring strong quality experience, a high level of ownership, and the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
