Quanex is looking for aQuality Manager to join our team located onsite in St. Cloud, MN or Mounds View, MN.
As our Quality Manager, you'll be at the center of ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You'll partner with production and manufacturing engineering teams to launch new products, solve complex quality challenges, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce costs, and support on-time delivery. Your ability to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and build a culture of quality will directly influence our success.
Salary: $80K to $115K annually, with bonus potential. Starting salary varies based on your experience.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, hours may vary depending on business needs.
