Job summary

ExpressPros seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System and serve as the company’s Management Representative, ensuring compliance across all departments including Quality, Production, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on API, ISO and ASME quality system experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong leadership and a mechanical aptitude. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of QM experience; salary up to $90K per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience with API/ISO standards preferred.
• Manufacturing or valve industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of API, ISO and ASME quality systems in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System and act as Management Representative.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across Quality, Production, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven quality initiatives.

Education & Training

Experience

Pays up to $90K a year.
