Quality Manager (Electronics Manufacturing) – Madison, WI

Advanced Assembly, Inc. (AAI), a leader in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), is hiring a Quality Manager to lead our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and shape the company’s quality culture. Located in University Research Park in Madison, WI, AAI builds high-reliability electronic assemblies including the CapTel Captioned Telephone.

What You’ll Do

• Lead ISO 9001/2015 audits, internal quality processes, and compliance initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement, CAPA, SOP development, and process validation
• Collaborate directly with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues
• Train and develop staff to build a data-driven, quality-focused culture
• Supervise Quality and Document Control team members

What We’re Looking For
