Job summary

CFS in Monticello, IN is seeking a results-driven Quality Manager to lead quality operations in a fast-paced plastic injection molding environment. This onsite leadership role requires deep knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, plus strong customer and supplier collaboration to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities include leading the quality team, conducting audits, managing CAPA, APQP/PPAP, and monitoring quality trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing, and manufacturing standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.
• 7+ years in plastic injection molding preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
• IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, 8D, 5 Why, and continuous improvement.
• Lead customer, supplier, and certification audits.
• Partner with operations, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Support APQP, PPAP, new product launches, capability studies, and MSA.
• Monitor quality trends, customer complaints, and corrective action effectiveness.
• Develop and implement quality procedures, training, and standards.

A leading precision injection molding manufacturer is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a strong background in quality systems, customer relations, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Quality team and overall quality department operations
• Maintain and improve IATF 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems

What We're Looking For
