Nbutexas, a leading manufacturing organization in the United States, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and elevate quality systems across its diverse industrial operations. You will work with senior leadership to shape best practices and drive excellence across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes strategic quality leadership, implementation of APQP/PPAP, and robust customer-facing quality communication in a growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in quality management or related field with proven team leadership and process implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline required.
• Advanced knowledge of quality systems and core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
• Strong familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other industry-specific quality standards.
• Advanced problem-solving skills (8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5-Phase).
• Ability to manage quality operations across multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee a unified quality strategy for manufacturing operations.
• Standardize quality systems and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor quality teams, implementing ongoing training programs.
• Serve as primary liaison for customer quality concerns, driving resolution and clear communication.
• Monitor key quality metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Oversee quality control for welded, machined, and fabricated components.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, and root cause analysis activities.
• Manage quality resources and budgets, ensuring cost-effective and impactful operations.

Quality Manager Requirements & Qualifications
