Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a global technology client in the building automation and industrial technology sector to recruit a Cement Quality Engineer. The role focuses on ensuring cement products meet all required specifications and safety standards.

The candidate will collaborate with plant teams, certify final products for shipment, and drive continuous improvement in testing procedures while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in quality or engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP software; PPE compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all cements produced meet plant, customer, industry, and government requirements.
• Certifies final products prior to shipment to customers.
• Responsible for meeting internal and customer specifications and documenting cement quality.
• Coordinate with other plant departments for continuous improvement in procedures and testing.
• Identify and record quality issues and initiate action to prevent nonconformance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or years of equivalent experience

• Technical discipline such as Chemistry or Engineering and/or related fields
• Microsoft Office - SAP required technical skills
