Job summary

SCN - Search Consulting Network partners with a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer to identify an experienced Quality Manager for its Indiana manufacturing facility. This leadership role oversees quality performance, the plant quality team, and compliance with automotive quality standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead customer audits, and interface directly with automotive customers to resolve quality issues, collaborating with operations and engineering to reduce defects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, Core Tools, and customer quality requirements.
• Experience leading customer audits and managing quality systems.
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
