Job summary

SCN - Search Consulting Network is partnering with a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer in Indiana to identify an experienced Quality Manager for a key manufacturing facility. This leadership role drives quality performance, leads the plant quality team, and ensures compliance with automotive quality standards.

The candidate will manage customer audits, champion APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA, and partner with operations to reduce defects while delivering strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and core tools.
• Experience leading customer audits and managing quality systems.
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
