The Role You Will Play

• Reports to the General Manager.
• 4 Direct Reports.
• Ensure and maintain food safety systems.
• Lead the QA team.
• Conduct audits.
• Monitor and enforce good manufacturing practices.
• Review update and monitor operating procedures and the supporting documentation.
• Conduct employee training on food safety and quality improvement.
• Collect samples.
