Job summary

Epic, located in the City of Albany, New York, is looking for a Quality Manager to join their Quality Management team. In this role, you will be the last line of defense for software impacting 305 million people worldwide. You will collaborate with developers on intuitive tools and ensure a joyful user experience by testing software features and uncovering bugs.

The position offers flexibility and opportunities to specialize in software usability design, technical automation, or project coordination, with benefits including merit-based compensation, annual raises, and a four-week sabbatical after five years.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel at least 3 times per year to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
