Job summary

Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) invites applications for a Quality Manager who will develop, implement, and sustain quality systems to exceed total quality requirements. The role leads the facility in applying total quality activities that yield continuous process improvements and cost reductions.

The ideal candidate will supervise a quality department, manage supplier quality, and drive customer-specific quality deliverables while maintaining ISO and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• Supervisory or management experience is required.
• Prior quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality department and mentor the team.
• Oversee incoming quality and supplier performance.
• Develop and drive customer-specific quality requirements.
• Address customer quality issues with root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Improve internal quality and drive continuous improvements.
• Implement sustainable quality processes in production.
• Support Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service in resolving quality problems.
• Manage audits and ensure ISO and AS9100 adherence.

Job description

The Quality Manager will develop, implement, and sustain the quality systems required to assure the delivery of products and services that exceed total quality requirements. Lead the facility in the application of total quality activities that result in continuous process improvements and reduce total cost.

Key Activities

• Manage, lead, and mentor the Quality department team.
• Responsible for incoming quality and regulation of suppliers' performance to quality.
• Develop and drive customer‑specific quality requirements.
• Engage with the customer to address quality issues by identifying the root cause and implementing corrective measures.
• Lead the quality team’s efforts to improve internal quality.
• Implementation of sustainable quality processes in the production process.
• Support Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service in resolving quality problems and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive customer‑specific quality problems using FBS processes and tools.
• Embrace and utilize the Daily Management Process.
• Develop audit programs and procedures for all levels of audit activity.
• Assure consistency of purchased components by vendor certification, establishment of effective acceptance criteria, and product monitoring.
• Provides support and information for new and sustaining product development regarding quality processes, tooling, and fixtures, aimed at one‑piece flow.
• Maintain ISO and AS9100 quality system.
