Vaughn Construction in Texas seeks a seasoned Quality Control Manager to own quality and commissioning on large, complex projects in higher education, healthcare, and research facilities.

You will supervise QA/QC staff, develop standards, and ensure client satisfaction while applying MEP-focused means and methods. The role requires extensive construction experience and commissioning expertise.

This position emphasizes safety, integrity, teamwork, and delivering projects on time.

Formación

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years construction experience with 10 years in field as a builder on large, complex projects.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, and/or laboratory projects with a commercial general contractor preferred.
• Must be a qualified commissioning process provider.
• Extensive experience in the management of large construction projects with significant self-performance.
• Extensive knowledge of means and methods - significant emphasis on MEP work.

• Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality.

Position Overview

Our quality control managers have overall quality responsibility for assigned projects and are responsible for quality and commissioning direction through subordinate QA/QC assistant managers and QA/QC inspectors. This position supervises the work of others including assistant quality control managers.
