Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of a CUSTOMER-FOCUSED quality culture at the plant.
• Communicate quality objectives to customers and ensure QMS is maintained.
• Ensure Customer Specific Requirements are identified and met in finished product quality.
• Maintain daily quality checks, data collection, and publish plant performance metrics.
• Advise Plant Manager and Corporate Quality on QMS performance and improvement needs.
