Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Anderson, IN area seeking a Quality Manager to direct the quality department and ensure product quality and technology development.

The role focuses on leading quality leadership, driving process improvements with cross-functional teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all quality standards while growing the quality team.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Automotive quality experience and leadership.
• Comfortable with customer quality issues.
• Able to work cross-functionally across maintenance, production, and engineering.
• Willing to grow and develop quality team both hands-on and hands-off.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term quality and business strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support quality systems and ensure alignment with customer and organizational requirements.
• Ensure products and processes meet established quality and performance standards.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to evaluate and improve process capabilities.
• Drive use of effective and reliable processes to support production.
• Ensure operations align with production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations.

• Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Anderson, IN area who is seeking a Quality Manager who will direct the quality department to ensure quality on new and existing products and technology development.

• Automotive Quality Experience. Need Experience in Quality Leadership.
• Needs to be Comfortable with Customer Quality Issues.
• Ability to Work Cross Functionally Amongst Maintenance Production and Engineering.
• Willingness to Grow and Develop Quality Team in Both a Hands Off and Hands on Manner.
