Job summary

Bio-Techne seeks a seasoned Quality Management System leader for its Wallingford site to manage document control, training, validations, CAPA, NCMRs and deviations. The role includes leading qualifications for new processes and supporting process improvements.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a master’s with 2–5 years, plus proven leadership and strong communication skills. Onsite, full-time, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 2–5 years.
• Demonstrated leadership capacity with 3–5 years of formal or informal leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication across groups.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and process validations.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel in the department providing guidance, tools and conducting performance discussions.
• Write, review and approve SOPs, COAs, deviations and Change Impact Assessments.
• Lead processes to ensure compliance with Wallingford Quality Management System.
• Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements and optimization.
• Oversee quality system reviews and approval of new/updated validations.
• Collaborate with development and support product/process design and validation.
• Train new employees and lead cross-group projects.
