Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in Quality disciplines including IATF 16949.
• People development and leadership experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly assessments of quality deliverables.
• Function as the primary contact for customer quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of warranty performance data.
• Develop budgets and staffing needs for quality resources.
