Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in quality management, project management, project engineering, or construction management.
• Two+ years in quality systems management.
• Welding, system testing and/or NDT experience preferred.
• Shipbuilding or related industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality functions of a construction project.
• Manage quality assurance, control, and project testing programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Develop, write, and implement program materials.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Communicate with project vendors, customers, and company personnel about quality functions.
• Lead the project’s quality team to align activities with objectives.
