Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Engineering, Quality).
- Minimum 5 years in quality, lab, manufacturing, or technical ops in chemical/manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership managing quality, lab, or engineering staff.
- Experience with SPC, process capability, and process verification.
- Experience leading root cause investigations and CAPA programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain site quality systems and procedures.
- Lead CAPA process and closure of quality actions.
- Lead internal quality audits and support external audits.
- Monitor product quality and drive variation reduction.
- Lead daily Quality Control laboratory operations and testing.
- Coordinate customer complaints investigations and corrective actions.
- Drive data-driven improvement across quality and manufacturing.
