Dalsin Industries Inc in Bloomington, MN seeks a Quality Lead for 1st shift to oversee and improve the quality system, ensuring materials, products, and services meet specifications.

The role involves inspection of raw, in-process, and finished goods, tracking defects, and coordinating corrective actions. Requires strong analytical, communication, and training abilities and 7+ years in QA.

Formación

• 7+ years of quality assurance experience within a progressive quality department.
• Excellent blueprint reading ability.
• Understanding of GD&T, PPAP, and 1st Article inspection.

Responsabilidades

• Follow processes and ensure adherence to best production practices and customer quality standards.
• Inspect raw, in-process (WIP) and finished goods inventory parts to meet customer specifications.
• Track all defects related to part quality, material, subcontract operations and packaging for analysis in Thrive.
• Verifying the consistency and reliability of product quality based on specified AQL levels.
• Romer Arm/CMM programming for probing and scanning is a must have.
• Communicate with management and operators regarding quality problems or elevated risk of defects
• Enter data regarding NMR or RMA issues and keep/update respective lists for review.
• Assisting with training personnel to adhere to quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $40.00 Annually

Job Summary:To perform and improve the appraisal activities of the quality system to verify that materials, products and services conform to the specified quality requirements.

• Following processes and ensure adherence to best production practices and customer quality standards.
• Inspection of raw, in-process (WIP) and finished goods inventory parts to determine if they meet customer specifications.

Education and Experience:
