Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses following strict methods.
• Record and report data in prescribed forms and maintain statistical records.
• Interpret results and compare with specifications and control limits.
• Perform visual inspections of finished products.
• Calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment.
• Assist in investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide data for regulatory submissions and traceability.
• Investigate questionable test results and document findings.
• Ensure lab cleanliness and safety standards.
• Monitor testing procedures and adhere to standard methods.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Participate in internal audits and assessments.
• Evaluate analytical methods for potential improvements.
• Maintain compliance with TS16949; ISO 14001 and OSHA.
