Job summary

Arkema seeks a QC Lab Technician to join our Chester manufacturing team. You will perform raw material, in-process, and finished product testing, maintain quality records, and support production with timely quality decisions.

You will operate instruments, manage calibration, participate in ISO requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable plant operations and continuous improvement across the quality system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or related technical field.
• 5–7 years of relevant lab experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with lab instrumentation and SAP/Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate laboratory instrumentation and analytical equipment.
• Verify product quality and release products that meet specification requirements.
• Communicate results and quality concerns with operations teams.
• Support product recovery and recycling initiatives when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate testing, calibration, and quality records.
• Utilize SAP, Excel, laboratory software, and other data systems.
• Participate in audits and quality inspections.
