Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of lab experience, familiarity with Waters HPLC and Empower software, plus knowledge of quality systems. This role requires strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field and familiarity with laboratory operations.
• 2–3 years of laboratory experience; cGMP experience is preferred.
• Experience with HPLC and related data software is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on samples.
• Record, analyze, and report test results per SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare samples, reagents, and lab equipment for testing.
• Coordinate sample testing with external laboratories.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Identify and report out-of-specification results or deviations.
• Assist investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized lab documentation and records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean lab environment.
• Support audits and inspections as needed.
