Job summary

ASR Group's Baltimore refinery seeks a Lab Tech to conduct quality testing, maintain calibrated instruments, and enter data for COAs in SAP. The role supports environmental sampling and adherence to lab standards within a sugar refining environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related field.
• Experience with quality testing and data handling in a lab environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality analyses (sediment, grain size, color, brix, polarity, pH, environmental analyses).
• Monitor and maintain lab equipment calibrations and instrument performance.
• Enter raw data into databases and generate COAs in SAP; communicate results to stakeholders.
