Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation in State College, PA is hiring a Lab Technician to join the Quality team. Under general supervision, you will handle bulk, premix and feed samples according to procedures, including login, extraction and analysis.

You will produce quality data efficiently, participate in investigations, monitor supplies, follow safety procedures, and complete training on time. The role may include janitorial duties and routine waste disposal.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience in chemistry or microbiology.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Comfort handling samples and logging data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality data in an efficient manner
• Participates in investigations
• May perform waste disposal activities
• Monitor laboratory supplies for replacement or replenishment
• Follows company safety procedures
• Completes assigned training events on time
• May perform janitorial duties including but not limited to trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, general cleaning.
