Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Quality Lab Technician for a 3rd shift (5:45 am to 6:15 pm) in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on ensuring food product quality and safety before market release, with responsibilities spanning sample prep, testing, documentation, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities include routine HPLC work, environmental and water testing, autoclave and allergen checks, titration, and CO2 testing, plus completion of Quality & Food Safety paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree in sciences or Food Quality Experience is beneficial.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they reach the market. Your contributions will directly impact product conformance, performance, and claims.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.85 - $22.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
