Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Laboratory Coordinator to support daily Quality Control laboratory operations in a cGMP environment. You will log samples and materials into LIMS, maintain records, and coordinate external testing shipments.

Key duties include inventory management, glassware washing, equipment maintenance, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while aiding QC staff in routine activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP and USP requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, LIMS, and internet tools.
• Ability to operate laboratory equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, review, and log samples, chemicals, reagents, standards, solvents, and other materials into LIMS.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements.
• Wash, inspect, and store laboratory glassware using approved procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory support equipment including balances, pH meters, and glassware washers.
• Coordinate shipment of QC samples to external testing laboratories.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and order laboratory chemicals, standards, consumables, and supplies.
• Support Quality Control personnel with routine laboratory activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
