Job summary

ETS GCC in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Invigilator to monitor live online exams for schools, clients, and organizations, ensuring integrity and compliance with ETS policies.

You will verify candidate identities, uphold exam protocols, and assist candidates with basic tech issues in a 24/7 rotational shift. ETS provides one-way cab service during off-hours and supports volunteer PTO opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in online proctoring or BPO (non-voice) is preferred.

The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Invigilator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll monitor live online exams for schools, clients, and organizations-ensuring each session runs smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with ETS policies. You'll verify candidate identities, uphold exam protocols, and flag any irregularities with care and professionalism. Your vigilance helps protect the integrity of our assessments and supports a fair testing experience for every learner. This is a rotational shift role in a 24/7 operation. ETS provides one-way cab service during off-hours.

• Verify candidate identity and confirm eligibility and environment requirements
• Provide clear instructions before the exam begins
• Report or escape any suspicious behavior or rule violations
• Assist candidates with basic technical issues during the test
• Uphold ETS's standards for conduct, professionalism, and fairness
