Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support document control activities by revising, reviewing, and publishing new or updated documents.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen document-control and audit-related processes.
• Learn applicable management system standards and evaluate processes and procedures for potential improvement.
• Develop auditing skills and assist with internal process audits.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns identified during manufacturing.
• Partner with the distribution center to help resolve supply chain quality issues.
• Learn inspection methods and provide inspection support when needed.
• Explore and recommend practical ways AI could improve quality processes.
• Document findings clearly and communicate progress to team members.
• Participate in continuous-improvement activities while following safety, quality, and ethical requirements.
