Quality Intern

Where we need you

1st Shift 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri)

• Update, revise, and standardize digital work instructions for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Create visual quality materials including: Defect catalogs, Quality alerts, GIFs and visual aids, Operator training content.
• Support the installation and implementation of digital display systems throughout the manufacturing floor.
• Assist with shop floor digitalization projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train lead operators and supervisors on the use and sustainment of digital quality management tools.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering and Operations teams to improve communication and process effectiveness.

How to convince us

• Currently pursuing a degree in: Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology.
• Related engineering or technical field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Interest in manufacturing quality systems, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
