Job Description

This position is for a Quality Inspector responsible for Component and Final Assembly inspection under general supervision. The role involves basic to moderate product feature inspections on purchased parts and in-house assemblies, comparing them to released engineering requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect completed hardware, including purchased parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
  2. Perform visual inspections as the primary validation method, including validation of dimensional data and test reports.
  3. Review end-item data packages and in-process paperwork, such as ATP validation, router/work instruction review, nonconforming document review, validation, and CoC information.
  4. Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine conformity.
  5. Create nonconforming material reports (Q-Notes).
  6. Perform additional duties related to the inspector role as assigned.

Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); previous inspection experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience with SAP and CATIA is a plus; Associate's degree required.

Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
