• ASQ certification (e.g., CMI, CQI)
• Experience with various metrology software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso)
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to interpret GD&T beyond basic understanding
• Experience with automated inspection equipment (e.g., CMM, vision systems)
