Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a hands-on Quality Support agent in Utah to ensure QA documents and records meet procedures. You will support Quality Assurance activities, assist Quality Engineers, and help drive quality improvements across operations.

The role involves inspecting parts to customer specs, applying quality techniques, and participating in APQP and pre-launch monitoring. A strong background in regulated QA environments and GDT familiarity is preferred.

Competenze

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Previous quality inspection in a regulated environment.
  • Technical knowledge of machining, plating, painting, and stamping processes
  • Certified Quality Technician
  • Familiarity with GDT

Responsible for fulfilling the role of a Quality Support agent; this is a hands‑on position. Ensure documents and records associated with Quality Assurance are met and maintained, in accordance with established procedures. Maintain support subsystems such as, but not limited to; Stamp Control, Approved Vendor List (AVL), Approved Supplier List (ASL), and Calibration. Provide support for all functions within Quality Assurance below the level of Quality Engineer. Quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found. Maintain the most recent interpretations of the quality system requirements and therefore ensure that documented practices meet the true interpretation of the quality management system standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Experience:
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Previous quality inspection in a regulated environment.
Preferred Technical Qualifications:
  • Technical knowledge of machining, plating, painting, and stamping processes
  • Certified Quality Technician.
  • Familiarity with GDT.
