Responsibilities

• Act as an impartial third party between production source and customer facility to ensure product meets criteria.
• Inspect manufactured parts or products for defects; read and follow work instructions and processes; use measuring or testing equipment as needed.
• Collect and record data; maintain quality standards; provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
