Job summary

Supply Technologies in Vandalia, OH is seeking a Quality Inspector to support testing and inspection activities across branches, ensuring dimensional, mechanical and performance data are accurately recorded.

The successful candidate will apply PPAP, SPC and GD&T knowledge, maintain inspection equipment, and assist with NPI activities such as PPAP, FAI and ISIR; a two-year degree and at least three years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

PPAP and SPC knowledge required.
Understand drawings, GD&T and dimensional layouts.
Proficient with metrology methods and inspection equipment.
Knowledge of gage calibration.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
Professional manner and strong interpersonal skills.
Two-year degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience; minimum three years in related field.

Responsibilities

Provides testing and inspection support to Supply Technologies branches.
Records technical information: dimensional, mechanical and performance testing.
Provides technical support to internal customers including drawing and specification reviews.
Supports NPI activities, including creating customer sample submissions (PPAP, FAI, ISIR).
Maintains and calibrates inspection and testing equipment.
