Job summary

Anchor Harvey in Illinois is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections on raw materials, in-process and finished parts, and to document quality results in accordance with AS9100 Rev C standards. • Minimum 2 years inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledgeable in Windows, Word and Excel.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs to AS9100 Rev C standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process and finished parts to quality standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain quality control documentation.
• Apply SPC methods to control critical part characteristics as required.
• Notify operator when non-conformances are found and document findings.
• Verify inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained per policy.
• Support production schedule to achieve targets.
