Job summary

Dexcom, Inc. is seeking a Quality team member to ensure in-process and final documentation meets GDP standards and regulatory requirements. You will inspect labels, packaging, and manufacturing line clearances while supporting product quality across commercial and clinical products.

You will conduct audits, assist with NCMR, and train new staff, thriving in a fast-paced, regulated environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience in a regulated environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong documentation skills and GDP knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final document reviews for accuracy and GDP compliance.
• Ensure labeling and packaging meet established quality standards.
• Review manufacturing line clearance activities to support product quality.
• Conduct in-process quality audits in manufacturing.
• Assist with Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR) for products.
• Provide training on quality processes to new employees.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated setting.
